DICI Industries has a complete Metrology department equipped with the best measurement tools available to ensure your parts are perfect.

This includes a Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with a capacity volume of 30x40x20 (700x1000x600mm).

We have invested in complete lines of high quality tools from Mitutoyo including Micrometers from 1 to 12 inches, bore gauges from .275 to 4 inches. We have also recently acquired a surface finish measuring instrument.

Our qualified engineer prepares all specific reports and certificates required by our clients of various sectors and industries, these include:

- First Article Inspection reports (FAI) (required from aerospace.)
- CMM Reports
- Checklists
