We offer our clientele a complete service department including finishing, inspection, assembly, gasket making, repairs, packing and shipping.

The entire second floor of our 13000 sq.ft. building is dedicated to this department.

Finishing.
The finishing department is capable of a wide range of tasks including date stamping to facilitate tracking. Plating, silkscreening, stenciling, cleaning are a few of the other services we provide.

Assembly.
Up to 12 assembly stations are available to provide you with added value. We can do basic hardware assembly, install helicoils, pems, standoffs, inserts and much more. We have the necessary space and capacity to assemble your parts to your requirements.

Gasket making.
We have the required equipment for EMI gasketing for microwaves, as well as other gaskets for various other purposes.

Inspection.
We inspect all parts and are equipped to do various tests that you may require. We do pressure tests and various other leak and sealing tests. We regularily do sealing tests for the military sector.

Packing and shipping.
We are accustomed to international shipping and have acquired a certain expertise in all packaging requirements and standards. Your parts will be well packed and will reach their destination in perfect condition.
